Georgetown County officials seek information in shooting

Georgetown County officials are looking for information regarding a shooting early Saturday morning in the Green Town community.

Georgetown County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the report of gun shots being heard on Enterprise Street in the Green Town community, according to a press release issued by the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Department.

Police say while en route, 911 communicators were notified two victims arrived at the Georgetown Memorial Hospital with multiple gun shot wounds. The condition of the victims is unknown at this time.

Georgetown County Sheriff’s Investigators are actively pursuing all leads. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 546-5101.
