Conway man dies in early Thursday motorcycle wreck in Myrtle Beach

— A Conway man was killed early Thursday morning when the motorcycle he was driving crashed on Farrow Parkway and Howard Ave.

Jayme Lee Todd, 21, died from injuries sustained in the crash, said Horry County Deputy Coroner Tony Hendrick.

Witnesses told police the Todd was traveling west on Farrow Parkway at a high rate of speed, struck a curb and then a tree.

He was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered major trauma. Todd was transported to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 3:07 a.m.

He was not wearing a helmet.
