Why are mo-peds still allowed on the roads? Is no one listening?
Recently, there was a moped driver on Hwy 31. Of course it was dangerous, not only to the rider, but other vehicles.
Then in Charleston, one was seen driving over the Ravenel bridge in heavy traffic lanes.
It's bad enough they are on U.S. 17 with a passenger on back, but no licenses, insurance or registration.
Why are cars, trucks, etc. compelled to have these when mopeds are not?
Will someone in this state please wake up and get them off the roads.
There are constant complaints in the newspaper, yet no one in politics is reading or listening.
