— A woman was sexually assaulted with a handgun and two men were robbed at gunpoint in a home in Myrtle Beach early Sunday morning, police said.

According to a Myrtle Beach police report, officers responded to the 700 block of Third Avenue South at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday for a reported armed home invasion.

One of the three victims, who lived at the home, told police that shortly before 3 a.m. he heard a knock at his window, which he said usually meant one of his friends was outside and wanted to come in.

When we went to open the door, he said three men armed with handguns rushed inside, one putting a gun in his face, and demanded money and other items. The victim told police two of the men were wearing hats and bandanas that covered their faces.

The victim said one of the men dragged him by his neck to his bedroom where he, another man and a woman were forced to undress – the men down to their underwear. The burglars forced the woman to get completely naked and lay down on the bed and one of the burglars then put his gun into the woman’s vagina, police said.

The other burglars held guns to the men’s heads before two of burglars gathered musical equipment, including keyboards and microphones, and other items.

The victim who resides in the home said he was dragged by his neck to the porch before the burglar threw him to the ground and all three ran from the scene heading west on Third Avenue South.

The two male victims told police the woman left shortly after the incident and had not been located by the time the report was filed.

The incident is under investigation.
