— A Myrtle Beach woman was charged with her third or more offense of prostitution and served a bench warrant after officers took her into custody Monday night, according to an arrest report.

Aja Alexis Ann Mincey, 31, of Myrtle Beach was charged with third or subsequent offense of prostitution and bench warrant when officers took her into custody at 6:47 p.m. Monday in the area of Robert Grissom Parkway and U.S. 501, according to the report.

It was unclear the circumstances that lead police to arrest Mincey because an incident report was not immediately available at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Mincey was being held on $262 cash bond on the bench warrant violation and awaiting a bond hearing on the prostitution charge, according to Myrtle Beach Jail records.
