Police in North Myrtle Beach are looking for two men wanted in connection with an armed robbery on the beach.

A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were sitting on the beach near 34th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach about 2 a.m. June 16 when they said a man pointed a gun at them and demanded the man’s wallet and both their cellphones, according to an incident report.

The second suspect did not point a gun or say anything, police said.

The girl was able to hide her phone in the sand, but the man’s phone and wallet were taken.

Both suspects are estimated between the ages of 15 and 20-years-old. One had gold teeth and was wearing a gold necklace.

Anyone with information about the incident or the suspects can call the North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety at (843)280-5511.
