The eatery, at 1229 North Retail Court in a newly built strip shopping center outside the mall, will open Wednesday, a spokeswoman said.

The 2,257-square-foot restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating for about 90 people. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Chipotle is a fast casual eatery that allows diners to customize their burritos, tacos and other Mexican creations. Chipotle opened its first eatery in 1993 and has about 1,450 locations.
