— A Myrtle Beach woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon after telling police she had taken drugs, according to an arrest report.

Rebecca Mae Killan, 29, is charged with unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person by a legal custodian.

Killan told Myrtle Beach police she had smoked crack Wednesday and police said she was still intoxicated while taking care of two young children, ages 7 months old and 2 years old.

Police said the infant also had a large rash that Killan did not notice and did not seek medical attention for, the report said.
