— Police arrested a “Welcome to Myrtle Manor” cast member Saturday who is accused of having sexual relations with a minor.

Taylor Jonathan Burt, 28, was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under age 16.

Burt is a cast member on “Welcome to Myrtle Manor,” a “docu-drama” that was filmed last summer at Patrick’s Mobile Home Park on Highway 15 in Myrtle Beach. It premiered March 3 on TLC.

According to a police report, a 15-year-old girl and her mother went to the Myrtle Beach Police Department on Friday evening and told officers the girl had sexual relations with Burt. The girl went to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for a physical exam.

As a result of investigation, police arrested Burt shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday. He was released Sunday on $25,000 bond.

The finale of the 10-episode season of “Myrtle Manor” is scheduled for Sunday, airing at 10 p.m. on TLC. The network has not announced if the show will receive a second season.

A call to a spokesman with TLC did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
