MYRTLE BEACH — James W. Smith Real Estate in Litchfield reopened for business a day after a fire destroyed its office March 3.
The company signed a lease for a former clothing store in the Piggly-Wiggly shopping center the Sunday of the fire and moved in Monday.
The fire, which took several fire agencies six hours to contain, is still under investigation by the State Law Enforcement Division, SLED spokesman Thom Berry said Monday morning.
