How would you feel about a proposed RIDE 3? | I support letting the citizens of Horry County decide whether or not they want a RIDE 3 because it deals directly with taxes. Previously, Horry County’s citizens voted for the proposed penny increase under RIDE 1 and RIDE 2. While we need roads and infrastructure development in the county, public approval through a referendum is the proper course of action.
