Myrtle Beach CAB likes Market Common pool plan

Published: March 8, 2013

— The Myrtle Beach Community Appearance Board liked the design of a swimming pool and clubhouse planned for Market Common, said Heidi Soos with the city’s construction services.

The board conducted an informal review of the plan at its meeting Thursday, but took no vote on it, Soos said.

Market Common told the board it wanted to tweak the plan and resubmit it for a formal review and vote. The deadline is Monday to submit the plan for the March 21 CAB meeting.

Soos said CAB members did not ask for any alterations to the plan.

The pool is to be located on land across Phillis Boulevard from the back entrance to Barnes & Noble.
