MYRTLE BEACH — The Myrtle Beach Community Appearance Board is to hold a conceptual review at itsmeeting Thursday for a new pool amenity at Market Common.
The meeting, scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in the City Services Building, is to include a look as well at renovations proposed for an existing building, a parking lot and landscape plan.
The pool is to be located in the area behind the rear entrance to Barnes & Noble bookstore. It is to be reserved for the use of Market Common residents.
Mark Kruea, Myrtle Beach spokesman, said the City Council already has approved zoning for the pool.
