Seems to me that we are going in a backward direction. Just when we were starting to add a little class to Myrtle Beach with the new boardwalk, plus some of the other venues, then along comes “Myrtle Manor.” People from other areas already have a stereotype of us when they refer to us as the Redneck Riviera. I guess “Myrtle Manor” fits right in.

So much for upgrading our image. Don’t you know our Charleston Cousins are getting a good laugh out of this!
