The second of three ‘Antiques Roadshow’ episodes filmed in Myrtle Beach airs at 8 tonight on South Carolina ETV.

The third Myrtle Beach episode is scheduled to air at 8 p.m. March 25. The first episode aired Feb. 18.

“Antiques Roadshow” features a team of specialists who offer free appraisals of antiques and collectibles. Those with items share tales of family heirlooms, yard sale purchases and items salvaged from attics and basements.

Crews filmed in Myrtle Beach in June at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. More than 6,000 people took about 12,000 items for the show’s filming.

A rare letter from Abraham Lincoln was among the finds in Myrtle Beach. The signed letter from Lincoln was one of the few written by Lincoln in 1860 as he prepared for the election, according to information from South Carolina ETV.

The show also discovered a famous first edition of “Gone With the Wind” and crystals once owned by Marilyn Monroe while filming in Myrtle Beach. There also was an Austrian lamp, silver made in China and pre-Columbian gold pendants from Central America.

Brookgreen Gardens was featured during the first Myrtle Beach show. The other Myrtle Beach episodes will include Hobcaw Barony and a 19th century blockade rifle and its connection to the Waccamaw River.
