Peggy Allen remembers running down the dirt road to her grandparents house. She lived so close she could see the kitchen light. The home was built of heart pine by her grandfather Waterman Todd. It was where her father was born. She holds a photograph of her grandparents, Todd and Eliza Todd. The home and 32 acres was a gift from her father. It was where she and her husband Charles Allen settled in the mid-1980s. Now, she says on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, the couple may be facing foreclosure on the home after they say they were tricked into buying insurance policies. They've joined dozens of others in the area suing the insurance company Aviva for fraud.
