MYRTLE BEACH — The Myrtle Beach Academy of Aviation will hold a grand opening at noon Thursday in Hangar 373 at 3340 Huger St. at one edge of the International Technology and Aerospace Park.
The school will bring 55 to 60 jobs to the area, according to a news release, and will be able to help students earn a private pilot’s license within as little as 30 days.
The school also offers aircraft rentals.
