Published: February 16, 2013

— Police arrested a Myrtle Beach woman Saturday who is accused with making a bomb threat at the Sears in Coastal Grand mall where she works.

Randi Carol Gill, 49, is charged with making a bomb threat.

According to a Myrtle Beach police incident report, Gill went into the women’s bathroom in Sears at about 10:15 a.m. Saturday and said that when she approached the sink to wash her hands she found a piece of toilet tissue with the words “Bomb 1020” written on it. She told police she did not see the paper when she entered the restroom, but no one else came in while she was inside.

Officers searched the building and said they did not find anything out of the ordinary.

Sears provided surveillance footage to police, leading to Gill’s arrest at her home later that morning.
