I have been amused at the lack of judgment by the people that we have elected to act in a responsible manner only to find out that they are so short-sighted in trying to waste millions to build an interstate highway from Myrtle Beach to Michigan!

This is the most pork-barrel waste that I have seen in years.

What is wrong with simply adding Interstate 73 from Interstate 95 to the beach? This will not cost $1.3 billion and can be finished in a short while.

Let's put our minds to reducing the spending and do the job right for once.
