What’s wrong with standing up for your beliefs?

Re Jan. 30 letter by Chris Brantley, “Companies won’t miss Bestler’s business”

Good for you, applauding certain corporations for standing up for their beliefs. I’m sure these multi-million-dollar businesses do not need you to stand up for them. And what about Bestler standing up for his beliefs? How does that make him more narrow-minded than thou?
