Somebody needs to do something about Atlantic Beach

February 2, 2013

We retired in this area because of the constant fun things to do and the friendly people. We wanted to be one of them. I think it is time for someone to help Atlantic Beach.

Tourists really don’t want to come to an area where the people who live in a town cannot get along, yet alone govern. It seriously is beginning to be a joke. Do the people of this town believe they are better than everyone else and thus do not have to follow the established governing rules?

I for one have had enough hearing about it all. Can the town be incorporated into North Myrtle Beach so there is not a sore spot on the area’s reputation? Please let’s have someone come to their rescue and solve all these problems, then return our area to the place everyone wants to visit.
