I would like the politicians of South Carolina to look into trailers and mopeds. The state would have a lot more money if they would take a trailer and license it for gross weight, instead of empty weight, because no utility trailer is going to weigh over 2,500 pounds.

I would say most of the states tax trailers for gross weight and also have them inspected every year. I would like to see this matter looked into.
