Re Jan. 15 letter by Blaine Liljenquist, “Arms needed to protect us from tyranny”

After reading your letter, I am very curious, Mr. Liljenquist. When, then-President Ronald Reagan openly wrote letters to legislators urging a “yes” vote for the 1994 federal Assault Weapons Ban legislation, and when Republicans voted “yes,” did you also categorize them with Hitler, Castro, Stalin and Lenin?
