Re Jan. 6 letter by Jack Correia, “Register trailers instead of raising gas tax,”

I am opposed to any more taxes. I own a boat trailer and a utility trailer. I did own two Jet Ski trailers that I have sold. It is absolutely crazy to think that people want to tax these.

The answer is less taxes and less spending, not more taxes and more spending. Have we not already hurt people on their paychecks? The landscapers who own these trailers pay more taxes than you know and they spend money at the repair shops and fill their gas tanks more than the others. So don’t say that they don’t pay their share of taxes already. No more taxes!
