I think the letter about the readers photos being a waste of space (Jan. 10 by Hal Lorme, “Readers photos just a waste of space”) is a little childish. No one is purporting to be a professional photographer. The pictures are just some of the fun things that happen in our area and happen to be interesting. I agree, they would look better in color, but you can’t have everything.
