He said he wears his red hat, suspenders and uses his decorated bicycle throughout the year. "It just brings so much joy to people," he said. "I've been doing this for a long time, but I'm not a commercial Santa. I don't do the mall or anything like that. I have done it for charity organizations back home. But, you know, there's so many stories of the children who see me. I can just watch their faces light up." Forecasters are predicting day time temperatures to stay in the 70s and 60 until next Thursday.
