Time Warner Cable customers will keep seeing WBTW, the local CBS channel, after the cable company and Media General agreed on a new contract this week.

The channel had been in jeopardy as the deadline Monday to reach a new contract agreement approached.

“They reached an agreement and [customers] will continue to be able to get the programming,” Time Warner spokeswoman Rose Dangerfield said.
