Iain Purves places the 301st and last turkey in front of his wife Marion for herbs and spices before roasting. They started with 63,000 pounds of turkey and over two-tons of bread for stuffing and now volunteers have prepared the food into 6,000 dinners for The Red Cross Christmas Day dinners. The two-week effort, sponsored by the Bi-Lo Charities, prepared the meals which will be served served at locations across the Myrtle Beach area. Volunteers will also deliver 2,500 meals to residents in their homes. The Sun News Photo by Steve Jessmore
