Three convention spots in Myrtle Beach and a local convention bureau have landed on the list of favorites by readers of an industry publication.

The Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Sand Dunes Resort & Conference Center and the Myrtle Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau were 2012 Readers Choice Award Recipients from ConventionSouth, a magazine focused on the meeting industry.

The four Myrtle Beach recipients were among eight in South Carolina to be recognized by the magazine’s readers. The others: Charleston Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, Columbia Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau, The Inn at Middleton Place in Charleston and the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa.
