"I'm just 16," Worth Lewallen said. "I kind of got into it with the my dad and all his friends, you know. I don't know, it's fun. We stayed up until 3 or 4 in the morning in the hotel lobby last night. Time really does just fly when you're playing and everyone wants to play this song or another one. Time really does just fly." Lewallen is from Florence and jams with a dozen men behind the scenes during the 43 annual South Carolina State Bluegrass Festival on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The festival continues through Saturday featuring Ralph Stanley and the Clinch Mountain Boys at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the headliners in the main hall, there's jam sessions, jam lessons, vendors and food.
