Chipotle Mexican Grill will open its first location in the Myrtle Beach area next year in a new shopping center under construction next to Coastal Grand mall.
Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm also will operate from the new 10,000-square-foot center next to the mall off Pine Island Road. The trio are expected to open in the summer.
Burroughs & Chapin Co., which is developing the center and is a partner in Coastal Grand mall, announced the tenants Tuesday.
Chipotle is a fast casual eatery that allows diners to customize their burritos, tacos and other Mexican creations. Chipotle opened its first eatery in 1993 has about 900 locations.
