Bullying goes unadressed in Horry County schools

November 12, 2012

My granddaughter attends Horry County schools and has been constantly harassed and bullied, be it via telephone or on school property. When this is reported to the proper authorities, it is swept under the carpet and so it continues. The schools have no bullying posters on walls and they tell students to let someone know if and when they are bullied.

Well, my granddaughter did and nothing has been done about it. When is Horry county going to practice what they preach and step to the plate? This is ridiculous.

Please publish this so the bullies will be aware that at least the parents and grandparents are looking out for their own where the system has failed them.
