Everett Golson had an excellent write up in a recent Wall Street Journal article by Jason Gay. Mr. Golson probably played his best game of the year last week in Norman, Okla.

Notre Dame was a 12-point underdog at game time. Everett says that he plays the best when “the Oklahoma fans were so quiet because they were losing.”

I hope Notre Dame wins its upcoming games, Wake Forest, Boston College and Southern California. They could be No. 1 at the end of the year.

There are a lot of local people including myself, playing right there with Everett. I congratulate the local Myrtle Beach coaches, teachers, school system and sponsors that made this possible.
