— Shelby Culler posted 23 assists and three aces combined with Rielle Banorsdale’s 11 kills and four aces as Aynor squeezed by Conway 23-25, 25-23, 18-25, 26-24, 15-12. With the win the Blue Jackets improved to 4-1.

"I’m very proud of the ladies. They had a ton of heart,” Aynor’s coach Nikki Batson said. “For them to put it all together and pull out a win, I’m extremely proud of them."

Grayson Grainger added eight kills and five blocks, Katie Altman recorded seven kills and five aces and Caprisha Nash had seven blocks for Aynor.

Ryley Hughes led the Tigers (4-3) with 39 assists, five service aces and four blocks and Madison Gore had a season-high 16 kills and added four service aces.
