The Carolina Forest Library will open its doors to the public on Sept. 4 at 10 a.m., according to information from Lisa Bourcier, Horry County spokeswoman.
Hours for the new library will be Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The library will be closed on Sundays.
