MYRTLE BEACH — Disappointed by the Fourth of July fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach? Officials say the show didn’t go as planned, so an encore has been scheduled for Friday at 10 p.m.
“We realize that many visitors who are in town for Fourth of July week made a special trip to Broadway at the Beach for the fireworks and then were disappointed,” O’Neil McCoy, general manager at Broadway at the Beach, said.
McCoy said it was a glitch that dampened the show Wednesday night.
“We’d like to make it up to [our visitors],” McCoy said.
