All 4 Paws Animal Rescue, a new no-kill shelter in Pawleys Island, will have a benefit starting at 3 p.m. at the Island Bar & Grill, which also will provide a free shuttle for “Yappy Hour,” 4-7 p.m., from there among several sites: Habaneros, the Pawleys Island Tavern, Mama Rues, and the Islander Bar.
