Hotels, resorts owner, operator buys Myrtle Beach’s Marina Inn from Burroughs & Chapin

The Vista Group of Companies purchased Thursday The Marina Inn at Grande Dunes from Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc.

Vista, headquartered in Binghamton, N.Y., and with offices in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, owns and operates hotels, shopping centers, office buildings and retirement homes throughout the Canadian provinces of Quebec and Ontario, and in New York and Florida.

The Marina Inn is Vista’s first property in South Carolina.
