Conway man guilty of assault; sentenced to home incarceration, probation

A Conway man was found guilty of assault and sentenced to a year home incarceration and a year on probation, according to the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

Austin Bischoff, 25, was found guilty of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and third-degree assault and battery, according to a docket report from the solicitor’s office.

Circuit Court Judge D. Garrison Hill sentenced Bischoff to five years in prison, but suspended that sentence upon his service of a year on home incarceration and a year probation, according to the report.
