ANSWER | I plan to be working here, waiting on all the young couples in love.

What makes SeaBlue so romantic?

Definitely the atmosphere. It's very quiet and intimate and unpretentious. You can have a nice conversation with someone and wine that can please anyone. We have a selection of more than 500 bottles.

Is SeaBlue doing anything special for Valentine’s Day?

Our menu changes daily, and everything is always fresh and made from scratch. I think we will have a chateaubriand for two.

What's the most romantic thing someone has done for you on Valentine's Day?

Baked me a heart shaped cake and brought me a bottle of wine. Wine is the most romantic thing someone can give. Flowers die.

What's the most romantic thing you've ever done for someone?

Drank the bottle of wine.

What's your favorite wine?

I really enjoy a nice Pinot Noir… a good one, not a cheap one.

Who is your Valentine this year?

Lucio, my dog. He's a brindle pit-bull. He's also the cutest man in my life.

What do you do outside of work?

Watch English Premier League Soccer, Chelsea F.C.

Do you play soccer as well?

I used to play in high school. Now I like to sit in the bar and watch others do the work.

Do bars around here show soccer on TV?

Molly Darcy's. Lots of fans watch it there.

Would you rather go a year without watching soccer or a year without a Pomegranate Martini?

A year without a Pomegranate Martini… I can find other things to drink.

What's the best pick-up line a man could use to snag a date with you?

"How much does a polar bear weigh? Enough to break the ice…can I buy you a drink?"
