CAROLINA FOREST -- Marquise Gainous had 23 points, John Roberson added 20 points and eight assists and Mike Vogler had 17 points as the South Carolina Warriors defeated the Athens (Ga.) Razors 109-100 on Monday night to improve to 11-0.
Coastal Carolina alum Mario Edwards and Dustin Scott – who were playing in their final game with the Warriors before heading overseas – had 12 and 11, respectively.
Newcomers Perry Stevenson, who played collegiately at Kentucky, and Markhuri Sanders-Frison, who played collegiately at California, had 5 and 1, respectively, in their debuts with the Warriors.
