Two Myrtle Beach women were arrested Saturday night after offering to perform oral sex on an undercover police officer in exchange for money.
Miliscent Tyann Kelley, 33, was charged with prostitution after she offered to perform oral sex on the officer for $50, according to an arrest report. Kelley was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on 300th 10th Avenue North and Withers Drive.
Betheyne Joyce Arp, 48, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. by the same officer after she said would perform oral sex on him for $30, according to an arrest report. Arp was arrested at 301 21st Avenue South and Yaupon Drive and charged with prostitution.
