Inside Job
An Oscar-winning documentary, its a tutorial on the financial crisis of 2008. How it happened, what happened and a few warnings for the future kinda like our cover story this week, only far more detailed. Charles Ferguson directs his second documentary about dangerous politics the first was No End in Sight, which dealt with the Iraq War and the problematic occupation that followed. The most interesting part about Inside Job is that it was made before the Occupy Wall Street movement but it seems to either predict it or help usher it maybe a little of both. This is one of those important films that tries to balance both sides of the argument and pulls no punches on either party-line. Its a must-see.
