Super
Superhero movies are still superhot right now. And with any trend comes experimentation on the form. Sometimes experiments work - sometimes they don't. With Rainn Wilson (Dwight from "The Office") playing the lead, it could go either way. Add in Liv Tyler and it's still iffy. Toss in Kevin Bacon, who is playing his second supervillian of the year - the other is in "X-Men: First Class" - still not turning your head? OK, up the ante with Ellen Page. This is not your kid's superhero movie. This is a brutal and graphically violent vigilante film. But it's also tragic and darkly funny and farcical. Page and Wilson make an unexpectedly remarkable team. It is not a super big movie but what the filmmakers do with a small frame is heroic - worth a watch.
