A Myrtle Beach man was indicted on charges he shot another man in a vehicle that also had an 8-month-old child inside, according to authorities.
Tracy Stephen Washington, 29, was indicted on two counts of attempted murder and one charge of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, according to Horry County grand jury indictments released this week.
The charges stem from July 16 when Myrtle Beach police say Washington and another man were involved in the shooting on Mr. Joe White Ave and Nance Street. The victim, who was shot the hip, was in a vehicle with an 8-month-old child.
