Many of these classes, events and meetings are sponsored by the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, but some take place at the YMCA in Myrtle Beach or at HealthFinders in the Coastal Grand Mall. Some are at Conway Medical Wellness and Fitness Center. Call the numbers listed for more information.

Fit teens | 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. $20 members and $30 for nonmembers for eight classes. 347-7111.

Cholesterol screenings
