Myrtle Beach police arrested two people Tuesday afternoon in connection with a string of armed robberies that have occurred at businesses in the city this month, according to Capt. David Knipes.
Formal charges had not been filed against the two people as of 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, so their identities have not been released. More information about the suspects and their charges are expected to be released by police later today.
The two people were arrested on charges unrelated to the armed robbery incidents, Knipes said.
