Lethal Weapons Exhibit at Ripley's Aquarium in Myrtle Beach
Arm yourself for the new exhibit, "Lethal Weapons," on display at Ripley's Aquarium, off 29th Avenue North at Broadway at the Beach, through 2010.
"Jaws" is so 1975. "Lethal Weapons" is a real take on dozens of some of the most lethal marine animals under the water, versus the sea's peaceful population and their struggle to survive. The exhibit includes hands-on interactive portions, videos and live animals.
Learn more about the stinging power of the Portuguese Man of War, the Crown of Thorns starfish, the Boxing Shrimp, a lethal snail and an electric eel capable of generating 500 volts of electricity.
The exhibit is included in regular admission, which is $18.99 for adults, $9.99 for ages 6-11, $3.99 for ages 2-5 and free for kids younger than 2.
