Penney plus large-space retailers Bed, Bath & Beyond, Books-A-Million, Dick's Sporting Goods, Ulta and Old Navy and a 14-screen cinema. Restaurants in addition to the food court include Red Lobster, Abuelo's Mexican Food Embassy, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Texas Roadhouse Grill and Sticky Fingers.

What it has | Thirty stores, a cinema, public meeting space and kids' soft-play area. Anchors are J.C. Penney, Belk, Books-A-Million, Kmart, and Stein Mart. Restaurants around the perimeter include Applebee's, T.G.I. Friday's, Hooters, Cooter's Backyard Bar & Grill and Outback Steakhouse. Major renovations started there have stalled.
