A Touch of Class Bakery Café in Carolina Forest will have an unofficial soft opening Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Owners Margo Schwam and Rennay Coleman invite the public to come in and sample some complementary coffee and confections -- while they last. Custom cakes for weddings and special occasions are among the bakerys specialties. But customers will be able to find everything from low fat muffins to a loaf of real Jewish rye bread.

The bakery is located at 4006 Postal Way in Carolina Forest Plaza II, next to Curves and Subs and Suds. The bakery will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday. Call 236-5556 for more information.
